what is scholar celebration?
At 518 ElevatED’s annual Scholar Celebration event, we honor graduating high school scholars as they continue on to achieve their post-secondary goals. Their graduation signifies not only an academic achievement but also a triumph of educational equity in these uncertain times.
By investing in the potential of young people across Capital Region, we strengthen the future of our entire community. When local students are equipped to succeed, the benefits ripple outward through our neighborhoods, workplaces, and civic life for years to come.
PROCEEDS FROM THE EVENT WILL BE USED TO INVEST IN PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT TALENTED CAPITAL REGION YOUTH, EXPANDING OPPORTUNITIES AND HELPING BUILD A STRONGER COMMUNITY FOR THE FUTURE.
